- In a bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries and the rolled oats if using. Stir gently to avoid bursting the berries.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish and spread it into an even layer. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the edges look set and lightly golden; the center should have a slight jiggle.
- Let the bake cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
