Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat each chicken breast dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper and arrange in a single layer in the dish.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over each breast.
- Spread about a tablespoon of Caesar dressing over the top of each breast.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan evenly over the dressing.
- Press the breadcrumbs onto the dressing to form a compact crust.
Baking
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes. For freezer storage, wrap tightly and freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
