  2. Lightly flour your countertop, then roll or stretch out the dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Drizzle olive oil generously over the griddle.
Cooking
  1. Place the stretched dough directly on the oiled griddle and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown.
  2. Carefully flip the dough over, and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the cooked side.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, followed by your choice of toppings.
  4. Cover the pizza with a lid or an inverted sheet pan and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Use a spatula to remove the pizza, slice it, and serve hot.
