Cooking

- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, followed by your choice of toppings.
- Cover the pizza with a lid or an inverted sheet pan and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Use a spatula to remove the pizza, slice it, and serve hot.
