Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for 375 to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, toss together the brown sugar, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until mixed well.
Coating the Wings
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel, then place them in the bowl with the spice mix.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss everything together until the wings are fully coated.
Grilling
- Place the wings directly on the grill. Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes, until the skin turns crispy and an instant-read thermometer reads at least 165°F.
- Once grilled, remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
