- In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Scoop a generous portion of the chicken mixture into the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly to form a wrap.
- Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove from the heat, slice the wraps in half, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
