Ingredients

Wrap Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with cheddar for variation
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Additional olive oil may be needed for cooking
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Scoop a generous portion of the chicken mixture into the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly to form a wrap.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the heat, slice the wraps in half, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
