  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use grilled or rotisserie chicken for better flavor.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Feel free to switch for spinach or kale if preferred.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Store-bought dressing can be used for convenience.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Whole wheat or spinach tortillas can be used as alternatives.
  • Croutons Optional, for added crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to ensure everything is coated evenly while keeping the lettuce crisp.
  2. Use the large tortillas to portion out the chicken mixture onto each one. If you’re a fan of crunch, sprinkle some croutons on top.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  4. Slice each wrap in half for serving. Enjoy them right away, or if you prefer, you can chill them in the fridge for later.
