  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, ketchup, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and transfer it to a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup and brown sugar for the glaze. Spread it generously over the meatloaf.
Baking
  1. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the desired level of doneness is achieved.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
