  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if necessary.
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup ketchup Plus an extra 1/4 cup for topping.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup evenly on top for an extra flavor boost.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  2. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
