- Place the chicken breasts into your slow cooker.
- Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle in the chili powder and cumin, then pour in the chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Cover the cooker and set it to low for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Once cooked, take the chicken out, shred it with two forks, and return it back to the pot.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy tortilla strips, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges.
