Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup brown sugar Packed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Or 1-to-1 gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup butter Softened
  • 1 unit egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
For the cream cheese topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the fruit topping
  • 2 cup assorted fresh fruits Such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, mango, grapes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until creamy.
  3. Add in the egg and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow the crust to cool completely on a wire rack.
Topping
  1. While the crust cools, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  3. Arrange your choice of sliced fruits on top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Notes
