  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Marinating the Chicken
  1. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are entirely coated in the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Grilling the Chicken
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Finishing Touches
  1. Let the chicken rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
