Preparation
  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and remove any shells or veins.
  2. Dice the cucumber into small pieces for a crunchy texture.
  3. Chop the green onions, ensuring to use both the white and green parts for flavor.
  4. In a bowl, whisk the lime juice into the mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cucumber, green onions, and chopped herbs.
