  • 1 bell pepper diced bell pepper
  • 1 onion diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or provolone) You can also use mozzarella, gouda, or pepper jack.
Seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Feel free to use a beef-based Worcestershire sauce.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Garlic powder Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until evenly browned and it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet with the beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder until the mixture is well combined.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  2. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
