Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the cookie dough according to the package instructions.
- Scoop out cookie rounds onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.

- Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until light and fluffy.
- Chill both the cream cheese mixture and the chopped fruit in the refrigerator.
Assembly
- Once cookies are completely cool, dollop about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each cookie, spreading it to the edges.
- Top with the chopped fruit and serve immediately.
