  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional) Add for extra texture and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a cohesive dough.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or dried fruit for added texture and flavor.
  4. Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the rolled balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
