Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, brown sugar, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Line a baking tray with foil for easy cleanup. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down, leaving space between each piece.
- Generously brush the butter mixture over the tops and sides of each fillet. Optionally, add a thin lemon slice on each fillet.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is ready when it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and spoon any pan juices over the fillets before serving.
